Multi vehicle crash on South Cesar Chavez Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a multi-vehicle crash near the (number withheld) block of South Cesar Chavez Road in Alamo. One car was heavily damaged in a ditch, and EMS took over patient care at the scene.
