Male with heart problems receiving CPR at MN-64

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a possible heart problem involving a man near the 26000 block of Minnesota 64. CPR was reported to have been started while responders were en route, and a caller later asked about their estimated arrival time.
