False water flow alarm on Oak Creek Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews responded to a possible water flow alarm at a building on Oak Creek Lane and to a reported traffic collision near Dojini Road and Sunset Boulevard. The alarm was later confirmed as a false alarm by building management.
