78-year-old woman removed neck brace after fracture

Caller says a 78-year-old female broke her neck last week and has somehow took off her neck brace.

Caller isn't sure how to put it back on.

Also, the patient was being to go to the bathroom, but the caller is too nervous to allow her to move without the brace on.
