As discussed during the dispatch call, liberty Fire responded to a psychiatric medical issue near North Pearl Road and the intersection of J Hunter and Collier. The individual involved appeared non-violent with no weapons, though potential combative behavior was noted. Medics had an extended estimated time of arrival of about 14 minutes.
