Person with leg laceration from lawnmower hemorrhage

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical responders were sent to a location near George Russell Road in Yanceyville for a person who apparently cut their leg with a lawnmower, causing significant bleeding. Bystanders were reported to be providing hemorrhage control before EMS arrival.
