Road rage incident on South Jackson Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a road rage complaint was reported near South Washington Street and West Franklin Street involving a silver Honda Ridgeline. The driver allegedly almost caused an accident and engaged in aggressive maneuvers. Both parties are now on South Jackson Street near the playground and have pulled over.
