Man threatens caller with rock at dog park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a dog park near Donelson Way for a reported disorderly conduct incident. A caller stated that a man appearing intoxicated threatened to hit her with a rock and was holding the rock in his hand. The man was last seen walking toward nearby condominiums.
