As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possible disturbance involving a white Kia stopped on the roadside near a residence across from a local motel in Winthrop, Maine. The caller reported several people in the vehicle yelling, including a possible male and two females, and said one female claimed the male had been drinking all day. The vehicle was later observed stationary in front of a residence and then heading toward Manchester.
