Male falls down stairs, possible rib injuries in Winter

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a home near Ellen Street in the Village of Winter for a reported medical emergency involving an adult man who apparently fell down a flight of stairs and may have rib injuries.
