Officers follow vehicle to Orange Street residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed a vehicle south on Main Street, then west on Davis and Orange Streets into a neighborhood. The driver stopped on Orange Street near a residence and got out of the vehicle, and the situation appears to have been resolved without further action.
