Outside fire near house on Richmond Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported small outside fire near a house on Richmond Road in Chanceford Township. A second-party caller reported that the unattended fire appeared to be spreading toward the roadway. Units arrived, found a small fire near the rear of a building and up against the house, and held all units on scene.
