Woman damaged door and fled toward john street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report from a residence on Moser Hill Road of a woman who allegedly damaged a door and then ran toward John Street. She was described as a skinny woman of about average height wearing a black shirt and blue jeans and possibly under the influence of drugs.
