Welfare check leads to forced entry; person possibly deceased and animals inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a welfare check near N 450 W after a resident had not been heard from for several days. A deputy advised they were forcing entry and reported the subject may be “10-0” (possibly deceased). Animal control was requested due to a cat and an apparently aggressive dog inside the home.
