It's going to be Matt Woodworth, caller's saying he's inside the address of 62, Seminole Street, states that they believe he has a restraining order to not be there because he almost choked his little sister out in the past. I believe it's to not be around her or at that residence. The subject stated that you'll need to come off of Cherokee and not Winona, otherwise he's going to take off. Central 931.
