Domestic dispute over man driving by residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic-related disturbance near Bronson Street after a caller reported that her child’s father had been repeatedly driving by the area, yelling and circling the block in a black Hyundai Elantra.
