Suspicious person reported at Mill Street apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a building near Mill St in Watertown for a report of a suspicious person. A caller reported a possible homeless man on the third floor near one apartment and requested to speak with officers at another apartment in the same building. The person was described as a tall male with a buzzed haircut and was later reported to be outside.
