Man reported with severe neck injury in Waterman

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a man with a stab wound/severe neck lacerations near E Calf St in Waterman (south of N Buckeye St and N Ash St). Officers advised he may have slit his throat in front of an officer; CPR was reported in progress and responders requested air medical support.
