As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious white male in a blue Chevy truck near Arbor Drive in Washington, possibly attempting to sell security systems. The caller was afraid the person might be scoping out the neighborhood for potential fraud, and a language barrier was noted during the call.
