Vehicle leaves road and hits building balcony

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a vehicle that went off the road near County Road (number withheld). The occupants reportedly ran from the scene. When units arrived, they found no injuries, no road blockage, and the person on scene declined EMS.
