Woman left on roadside and followed near highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of a woman left on the side of the highway near SW Topeka Boulevard and SE 101st Street in Wakarusa. The caller indicated she had been followed by a friend and was possibly walking south along the roadway.
