Pickup truck reported stolen from South Elm Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to meet a caller near South Elm Street about a reported motor vehicle theft. The caller reported that a 2017 Dodge Ram pickup was apparently stolen, last seen around 6:00 p.m. the previous night, and that it has a South Dakota license plate.
