Suspicious person at West Express, EMS requested

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious, possibly intoxicated or impaired male at the West Express. The caller, waiting inside the store near a black Volvo, said the male was shirtless, wearing black shoes and tan shorts, and did not know police were being called. Later, responders requested EMS for a patient at the scene with an apparent broken finger.
