Woman prevented from leaving car during argument

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two women yelling in a parked black Ford hatchback near a teriyaki restaurant on 66th Street West in University Place. One woman was reportedly prevented from getting out of the vehicle before it left heading north on Lakewood Drive.
