Woman assaulted and choked near Bolina Drive in Union City

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible domestic violence incident near Bolina Street in Union City. A woman reportedly had facial injuries and may have been strangled. Medical crews initially staged until police arrived, then were cleared to enter the building.
