Person found unresponsive then conscious from overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location near Rio Centro for a possible overdose. Radio updates suggest the patient was initially reported as becoming unresponsive but was conscious when fire and EMS units arrived.
