As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS responded to a reported medical emergency near 10th Street in Two Rivers involving an adult male who fell and was not moving. The caller later reported they were unsure if he was breathing and believed he might be deceased; callers were unable to roll him over and were not starting CPR per dispatch updates.
