Motorcycles blocking I-80 Central Truckee off-ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers report a possible traffic hazard near the Central Truckee westbound off-ramp on I-80, involving several Harley motorcycles in the exit area and one motorcycle in the center divide. There is reported to be no crash, only an obstacle in the roadway, and highway patrol has been asked to be notified.
