66-year-old woman falls and loses consciousness in Troutville

As discussed during the dispatch call, an unconscious 66-year-old woman was reported at (number withheld) Heather Lane, Troutville, possibly after a fall. She later regained consciousness but had ineffective breathing at one point. EMS and fire units responded urgently.
