responding priority one, and be at King's court on friendship drive. RP, it was not on scene when they called this in. The best they could say was somewhere on friendship drive near the south side, just south of the mailboxes. There's going to be an elderly or middle-aged male in a wheelchair there, covered in a thin black drape of some sorts. RP was worried. He wasn't responding normally to him when he was asking him questions. I think he could be cold and... Unknown exactly what's going on. Priority 1, 1626. Central. MMR 1. NMR Out. Clear.
