Smell of gas investigated at Zadie Avenue home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a home on Zadie Avenue for a reported interior gas leak, with a possible smell of natural gas coming from the basement near an HVAC system. Residents had apparently evacuated to the yard while crews investigated the small two‑story house and checked the basement. Responders reported no obvious hazard and nothing showing on their gas monitor, and additional units were canceled once it appeared there was no active leak.
