Suspicious Person Reported at Rosemary Ridge Apartments

Summary: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person at the Rosemary Ridge Apartments, located at 10961 Wild Ginger Circle, Manassas, Virginia. The caller reported a neighbor walking around their red Ford F-350. The caller later became unreachable. Officers arrived on scene and identified the subject as a Black male, medium build, wearing a dark hoodie and dark pants, sitting in a blue or black Acura MDX. Officers checked on scene and coordinated further investigation, including running a vehicle tag and requesting additional support.
