Missing 11-Year-Old with Developmental Delays: James Thompson

Summary: An 11-year-old boy named James Thompson, described as a Black male with developmental delays and an attention disorder, has been reported missing from 2901 North 18th Street in Columbus, Ohio. He was last seen approximately 45 minutes prior to the initial report, possibly wearing black pants and black and white New Balance shoes.
