Woman Reported Screaming and Chased on Columbia Road

Summary: A white female in her 30s, described as approximately 5 feet tall with a medium build, wearing a dark paint top and black and white shorts, was observed in the middle of the road screaming that someone was going to kill her. She appeared to be alone for about five minutes before running northbound on Columbia, at which point a male began chasing her. The woman has tattoos on her neck and the back of her right arm. Her current welfare and whereabouts are unknown.
