Suspected Vehicle Theft and Pursuit Involving Multiple Vehicles in Chicago

The situation escalated into a pursuit involving multiple vehicles, including a black 2013 Honda (possibly with the plate Frank Queen 939) and a dark blue Honda SUV (possibly with the plate Zebra 5 X-ray 227).
