Summary: A report was made regarding a domestic disturbance involving a young male, described as a Black male aged 17-18, wearing a gray hoodie and pants, later updated to a black and gray Nike Tech jogging suit with a black mask. The individual was seen pulling on multiple vehicle doors near 50-60 West Van Buren and later at Laverne and Van Buren. His mother reported he was in a minivan that did not belong to them.
