Summary: A wellness check was initiated for a male, Black, shirtless, wearing black and gray pants, who was observed rolling on the ground and screaming near 74th and Cottage Grove in Chicago, Illinois. The individual was later seen running westbound and ended up at Tanner School, located at 7350 South Evans Avenue. At the school, a female, Black, wearing a white and gray shirt, allegedly pepper-sprayed the male in front of the building, resulting in the male screaming for help on the ground. The incident was reported as a battery in progress.
