Suspicious Activity: Homeless Subjects Possibly Using Drugs at Abandoned House

Summary: Three homeless individuals—two black females and one black male—were observed in the backyard of an abandoned house at 613 Grand Street, Kanawha County, West Virginia. A neighbor, watching from their window, reported that the subjects appeared to be possibly using drugs. Law enforcement was notified and a unit was dispatched to the location.
