Armed Assault with Multiple Victims at Flower and Pico

Summary: A male suspect, described as a Black male aged 30 to 40, wearing a black shirt with a graphic design and black shorts, was reported at the intersection of Flower Street and Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles.
