Smoke in area found to be legal burn pile

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to reports of heavy smoke near Maxwell Mountain Road in Oceanside. They located a large burn pile at a residence, which appeared to be a legal, controlled burn, and incoming units were reduced to a non-emergency response.
