Dog locked inside running car at Coast Ave East

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel were dispatched to Coast Ave East near County Route 100 for a report of a dog locked in a running black Audi. A responding fire unit then reported they would handle the situation and other units were told to disregard the call.
