Suicidal woman threatened multiple self-harm methods near James Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS responded for a suicidal woman reported in the 900 block of James Street near Highland Street and Oak Street. The caller said the woman threatened to harm herself (including cutting her neck, lying in the road, and shooting herself) and requested an ambulance; dispatch advised no weapons reported. Units later reported contact with the woman (name withheld) in front of Helio House/Helio Health and cleared the ambulance to come in.
