Person freed from stalled elevator at Heritage Oak

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to an apparent elevator emergency at a building called Heritage Oak near Oak Street in Sutter County. The trapped person was removed from the elevator, no smoke was found, and the fire alarm issue is planned to be checked later.
