Hit-and-run crash in Kohl’s parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported hit-and-run collision in the parking lot of a Kohl’s store near North Prasada Parkway, where a white Ford SUV apparently struck a parked red Toyota vehicle and left heading southbound on Azusa.
