Officers locate woman asleep in locked Sullivan home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and fire crews responded to a welfare check at a locked, dark residence near North Main Street in Sullivan. They tried calling the resident and checking hospitals, obtained access to the home with help from a neighbor, and found the person apparently asleep inside. No further assistance was needed.
