Trailer fire behind Red Apple on Highway 15

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of white smoke coming from an 18‑wheeler chip trailer behind a business on Highway 15 near Stringer. The trailer had apparently burned a few days earlier and was smoldering again with a small fire inside the load of chips.
