House roof blocks lanes on I-70 near Strasburg

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and officers responded to a reported house roof or similar large debris in the westbound lanes of I-70 near Strasburg around mile markers 310 to 311 during high winds. At one point the entire eastbound lane was reportedly closed with law enforcement on scene, and it was later reopened.
