Man conscious after head injury fall becomes irate

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders attended a 69-year-old man who fell and hit his head at Montgomery Senior Living near Freeman Street. He was conscious and breathing but not responding normally. Later, he became irate and law enforcement was requested.
