Two small fires reported along Stanwood train tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Stanwood responded to reports of two small fires along the train tracks, one near East Center Street and another close to Broadway and Monroe crossing. The fires were reported by railway personnel and were in different parts of the area.
