Our caller, Eileen, is stating there is a 20-year-old black nail with a black shirt and black pants, red shoes, and black hat with an ADT on it. Color says she spoke to ADT and he does not work for them. He is on foot in the area lasting north on on Race Street. There's no one to see. You repeat your traffic, please.
